The Mountain Cleans are recurring. You start with the Grand Canyon Clean, then settle into a Camelback Clean (weekly or biweekly) or a Four Peaks Clean (monthly). The Cactus Cleans are one-time visits, either the Prickly Bloom deep clean or the Cactus Passage move-in or move-out clean.
Routine visits are designed to keep a clean home clean. The Grand Canyon Clean clears out the built-up dust and grime first, so every visit after it can keep the house at that standard. It is required for all new recurring clients.
All initial and one-time cleans need a 50% non-refundable deposit when you schedule. The rest is due when we arrive, before work begins. If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded, though we may choose to apply it as a credit toward a future clean or a different address. There are no cash refunds.
